Settings

- The Settings section allows users to edit a location's settings and preferences to better suit their needs. The preferences are: Substitutes Must Verify Their Own Attendance, Department is required for openings, Start Time, End Time

- After making any edits to a location's preferences, click ‘Save’ to apply and save your changes.

- Substitutes Must Verify Their Own Attendance is a setting that requires any substitute that subs at that location to verify their own attendance. Manager verify substitute's attendance, but with this setting enabled the substitute will also have to verify their own attendance.

- Department is required for openings determines if the department field is required for this location when creating/editing openings

- Start Time is when this location starts school. This is used when adding time slots to leave requests and openings, it will autofill the From time to what is set here. 'All Day' will use Start Time - End Time. 'AM' will use Start Time - noon.

- End Time is when this location ends school. This is used when adding time slots to leave requests and openings, it will autofill the To time to what is set here. 'All Day' will use Start Time - End Time. 'PM' will use noon - End Time.
