Substitute Preferences

The Substitute Preferences section allows users to manage their preferences for substitutes

ManageAccountPreferredSubs

- Staff can set preferences for substitutes to guide assignment suitability. The available preferences are:

  • Highly Preferred — Adds +2 to the substitute's ranking.
  • Preferred — Adds +1 to the substitute's ranking.
  • Blocked — Makes the substitute ineligible for assignment.

These preferences help ensure the most appropriate substitutes are selected based on staff input.
