Settings

- The Settings section allows users to customize settings such as Enable Leave Request Feature, Priority Sub Notification Threshold, Priority Sub Rank, Minimum Subs Notified

-After editing the preferences, click ‘Save’ to apply and save your changes.

- The Enable Leave Request Feature should be enabled if using leave requests inside of SmartSub, if using an external leave request system like SCView the leave requests should be disabled in SmartSub. When disabled, leave requests will be hidden inside of SmartSub.

- The Priority Sub Notification Threshold sets the threshold of when only priority subs are notified. Once an opening is within the threshold for any of its time slots, it will notify all the eligible substitutes about the opening.

- The Priority Sub Rank set the desired rank for a substitute to have to be classified as a 'priority'.

- The Minimum Subs Notified sets the desired amount of minimum subs to be notified when sending out to priority substitutes. If there are less priority substitutes than the minimum, it will also invite the next closest ranks until the minimum is met.
