Reseller Administration

Reseller Admin Page

The Reseller Admin page is used to manage reseller organizations and reseller-level administrators.

  • Use the Add action to create a reseller organization.
  • Use the Edit action to rename a reseller organization.
  • Use the Delete action to deactivate a reseller organization.
  • In the Administrators column, use Add to assign a reseller administrator.
  • Use the remove action on an administrator tag to remove that reseller administrator from the reseller organization.

Release 1.12 supports reseller administrators being assigned to more than one reseller organization.

Client Maintenance Page

The Client Maintenance page is grouped by reseller organization.

  • Each reseller organization you administer appears as a tab.
  • Select a reseller tab to work with only that reseller's client organizations.
  • Expanding a client row opens client management details (contact/payroll, administrators, regular staff/substitute management, and API configuration based on permissions and setup).

Working Across Multiple Resellers

If you are assigned to multiple reseller organizations:

  • Switch reseller tabs in Client Maintenance to manage each reseller's clients.
  • Confirm you are on the correct reseller tab before editing client settings.
  • Perform updates one reseller at a time to avoid cross-organization mistakes.
